PARENT AND ME CLASS
AGES - 2 TO 4
Our Parent and Me Karate class is designed for toddlers ages 1-3, offering a fun and interactive way for parents and their little ones to explore the basics of Karate together. In this class, parents step into the cage alongside their child, guided by a coach to introduce the deep fundamentals of Karate. Through playful activities and exercises, toddlers begin developing coordination, balance, and focus while bonding with their parents. This class is the perfect introduction to martial arts, laying the foundation for future learning in a positive and engaging environment.
BEGINNERS KARATE
Our Kids Karate class introduces children to the basics of traditional karate in a fun, structured environment. Kids will develop skills such as coordination, balance, and discipline while learning basic techniques, forms, and self-defense. The class promotes confidence and respect, helping kids grow both physically and mentally.
INTERMEDIATE KARATE
In the Teens Karate class, students will refine their karate techniques and deepen their understanding of martial arts. This class focuses on discipline, physical fitness, and self-defense while encouraging confidence and respect. Whether they are new to karate or looking to advance their skills, teens will find a supportive environment that fosters growth.
ADVANCED KARATE
Our Adults Karate class is designed for those looking to improve their physical fitness, learn self-defense, and develop discipline. Whether you’re a beginner or have previous experience, this class offers a comprehensive approach to karate, focusing on technique, conditioning, and mental focus. It’s a great way to relieve stress and stay in shape
WEAPONS
Our Weapons class is a unique part of the Karate program, offering students the opportunity to learn and master traditional Karate weapons. Each month, we focus on a different weapon, including the Bo Staff, Nunchucks, Sai, Tonfa, Kali Sticks and Kamas. Students will not only develop their skills with each weapon but also learn performance techniques, tricks, and ceremonial routines. This class teaches discipline, precision, and respect for the traditional arts while giving students the chance to explore the exciting world of Karate weaponry.
KICKS AND TRICKS
Our Kicks and Tricks class is an exciting, athletic-focused program that gives kids a fun way to build strength, coordination, and agility while learning acrobatic movements. In this class, students will practice skills like front flips, backflips, and other dynamic techniques in a safe, controlled environment using safety mats. As they grow more confident, we incorporate Karate moves like kicks into the mix—helping them learn how to execute powerful techniques such as flying dropkicks with precision and control. This class is designed to challenge students physically while keeping the atmosphere fun and energetic!
