LITTLE KIDS JIU-JITSU
Our Little Kids Jiu-Jitsu class is tailored to introduce the youngest participants to the world of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a fun, supportive, and structured environment. Through playful and interactive drills, children will learn the basic movements, coordination, and techniques foundational to Jiu-Jitsu. This class focuses on developing physical confidence, respect for others, and essential motor skills while fostering a love for the art. Little Kids Jiu-Jitsu is the perfect starting point for young learners, leading them to the next level of training in Kids Jiu-Jitsu.
KIDS JIU-JITSU
Building on the foundation established in Little Kids Jiu-Jitsu, our Kids Jiu-Jitsu class offers more structured and technical training. This class introduces students to more advanced techniques and concepts while encouraging discipline, focus, and respect. Students will continue to develop their physical and mental strength, learning how to apply techniques in a controlled and safe manner. Kids Jiu-Jitsu is designed to prepare students for the transition to our Teens BJJ program, where they will further refine their skills and increase their understanding of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
TEENS JIU-JITSU
Our teen Jiu-Jitsu class focuses on teaching essential grappling techniques and submissions in a supportive, challenging environment. Teens will work on building strength, flexibility, and problem-solving skills while learning effective self-defense. This class also emphasizes respect, discipline, and teamwork, helping teens develop both physically and mentally.
ADULTS JIU-JITSU
This class is designed for adults looking to learn or improve their Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu skills, focusing on techniques like submissions, escapes, and positional control. Whether you’re a beginner or have experience, this class offers a great balance of fitness, skill development, and mental challenge. It’s ideal for those seeking both self-defense skills and a full-body workout, all in a supportive environment.
WOMEN'S JIU-JITSU
Our Women's Jiu-Jitsu class is a women-only space designed to empower participants with practical self-defense skills through the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. This class provides a comfortable and supportive environment for women to learn how to defend themselves in real-world situations. With a focus on technique, awareness, and confidence-building, participants will gain the skills necessary to protect themselves while becoming familiar with the fundamentals of Jiu-Jitsu.
This class is not intended to limit women from training with men but rather to offer a starting point for those who may be new to martial arts or prefer an exclusive setting. Whether your goal is self-defense or a deeper understanding of Jiu-Jitsu, this class aims to build your confidence on the mats, with the option to eventually train alongside others in our co-ed programs.
